One computer, many peripherals
I bet there’s lots of people that wonder what all those ports on the side (or back) of their computers/laptops do, and I also bet that those people regularly wonder why they are there or if they’d ever need them…
Well those people, here’s what the other half are doing:
In order closest to you: Kensington security lock, Apple USB keyboard, iPod firewire 400 connection, LaCie firewire 800 external HD. Not sure what I need to Kensington for as i take my lappy home each night, but hey, it’s peice of mind (and my workmates are a bit dodgy…!).
The rest of the ports (s-video, ethernet, DVI connection) get used from time to time too, so in theory they could all be full. Man I love gadgets!
