Three wolves™

So, I had the wacky idea that I actually might be quite good with babies. I mean, they seem to like me, and I seem to like them, so on the surface I think we get on quite well.

Last time Ella visted us she was a perfect little angel. Granted, she was asleep which may have had something to do with it, but I felt we developed a beautiful bond.

This time I thought we’d continue the way we hit it off, so I began talking to her and making small-talk. Things were going well till mid-way through my extremely intersting conversation with her about the Mac platorm. Actually, it was more a one way conversation, but just as I was explaning that one day she will be using one of them she decided that I was actually talking a load of bull and told me so by beginning to whimper. I thought she was just kidding around at first - jut keeping me on my toes, but she cried long and hard, and I felt a bit bad… I started to think maybe I smelled, or was talking too loudly - I don’t know… but i gave her back to mum in the hopes that the decibel level would drop… it didn’t. I apologised for making her cry, but that didn’t help much either.

So, Ella, I hope you can forgive me. I’m not sure what I did wrong but I’m willing to make it up to you. Next time you come and visit I promise there will be toys here for you to play with as I know my drink bottle wasn’t that much fun. Hope to see you soon ;)
