I think I have backed into your side door
I was greeted this morning by a little note on my car windscreen that read: “I am so sorry, I think I have backed into your side door. please call xxxxxx”
You THINK you have backed into it?? I had to laugh as I stared from the note to the massive dent running across the door and back to the note again. Yes, i’m pretty sure you backed into it right there…
So anyway, I’ve left her a message and hopefully our insurance companies will sort it all out. Here we go again with the whole insurance company rigmarole though…. it’s never easy. There’s all the phone calls, and then there’s the phone calls to the insurance assessor, and then the panelbeaters, not to mention driving car to said panelbeaters, leaving car there for a few days then picking it up… usually at some inconvenient time…ahh, i love it.
