2 days to go…
Got out some $US currency and some travelers cheques today from a very unhelpful man at the travelex shop. He must assume that everyone who comes in to see him has been overseas a million times, so he gave me a blank stare when I asked for some travellers cheques and told me I need to be more helpful if he was to help me! Shesh…
Had some passport photos taken in which I look like I am about hold up a bank, but its only for my Vietnam visa so I wasn’t too worried.
Tried to buy some sunscreen at the same place, but it seems people have mistaken Wellington for a sunny beach-side resort as they lady at the counter informed me that all their stuff had been snapped up over the weekend for the Cuba carnival.
I have been looking at pictures of the latest James Bond on the net in trying to decide what style of suit I want to have made for me. I think i may pick up a pair of blue swimming trunks as well…
