Macworld 2008
Well, it came and went. I got up at 6am, the geek that I am (I mean who gets up at 6am to listen to computer companies announce new products???).
It was a pretty good keynote from Steve Jobs. He announced a bunch of things, but most prominently was the new ‘MacBook Air‘. A nice and thin portable which looks amazing. There’s some new Apple TV stuff which my friend Hamish will be happy about, but alas there was nothing there for me. They introduced ‘Time capsule‘ which I thought was going to come in handy for me, but you need a special hard drive for it - you can’t use a standard external drive. Pants.
Hopefully the rest of 2008 brings some Apple goodness my way.
