...or at least why one of his entourage is. Read this and tell me he's not a spoiled little brat old man.
Maybe there is another side to the story, but for a guy who wants to ban all organised religion on the grounds that it turns hatred towards gay people, he's doing a great job of creating good will towards himself.

The iTunes Store opened up in Aotearoa today. Hoorah!!! Just purchased Brooke Frasers new album.
It's been a long time coming, and to be honest is a bit of let-down currently for a number of reasons: not much on there, and you can't buy stuff from other stores - only what's available in the NZ store, so my dream of being able to download the indie band ...

I was greeted this morning by a little note on my car windscreen that read: "I am so sorry, I think I have backed into your side door. please call xxxxxx"
You THINK you have backed into it?? I had to laugh as I stared from the note to the massive dent running across the door and back to the note again. Yes, i'm pretty sure you backed into ...

I've decided to participate in 'Movember', so where October was the month of my beard, now movember will be the month of my Mo!
I feel a little sad to see the beard go. I was just getting to like its prickly goodness, and the attention it garnered. I guess now I'll have to try and get used to people saying they like my 'stouche' rather than my 'grizz'.
Grow ...

If you hadn't noticed on my last posts at Flickr, i'm growing a beard. Up until today I hadn't actually decided to grow one... i just hadn't shaved, but today I made a conscious decision to let things go.
I've been reading up on the net about the best way to do this, and it seems it's not really rocket science. You just do nothing. Really. No shaving for ...

I must say that I'm quite proud of my sis.
Today my sister and her team won Silver at the Canoe Polo World Champs in Amsterdam. The score was 1-0 to Germany, and their golden goal was scored in extra time. Sounds like it was an intese final! Never-the-less, the 'Paddle Ferns' are now the highest ever ranked Canoe Polo team in NZ! Good stuff.
It looks like they ...

So I've taken the week off and I'm back at home in Palmy hanging with my Dad and my brother. Mum left this morning to go and see my sister play canoe polo in Amsterdam, so the boys are left holding down the fort.
Well, mostly I'm left holding down the fort as Dad goes to work and Tom goes to uni, so i'm hanging out at home by ...

Your Doctor says to you "Cam, that poku really needs to go!"
I've known I've needed to get more excercise for a while now, but this just reinforces it to me. I've started walking to and from work, and very soon i'm gonna get back into regular attendance at the gym. Have been playing squash once a week too, which is a good work out and a lot of ...

Living in Wellington, one must endure ridiculously high prices for a pint of beer (and if your preffered tipple is imported beer, then prepare to be severly stung...).
It occured to me while playing lawn bowls yesterday that our grandparents and elders have a fantastic little setup at their bowling clubs, and that they just might be more intelligent than we give them credit for. A bottle of beer ...

Wandered along to the dawn parade this morning. Got there a little early (4:50) to just a few people milling around. The TV crews hadn't even turned up yet, so you could say I was slightly over-keen, but we got in a good position to see the morning unfold anyway, so being early was a good thing - well, untill the mayor and a few MP's thought our ...
