We guarantee that all Cameron Charles leather products are manufactured using only the very finest quality leather and production methods. This combination of materials and craftsmanship means that all Cameron Charles leather jackets are of the very highest quality.
The fact that leather is a natural product means however that it is not always possible to eliminate slight variations in colour shade, vein and dot markings. For this reason, such variations cannot be considered flaws or defects.
If exposed to long periods of direct sunlight, even through a glass window, real leather may display changes of colour, since no tanning process can guarantee colours that will not be affected by certain conditions.
Rain water can cause spotting on very fine leather, and may leave marks even after the water has evaporated. To remove these, simply rub the leather with a cloth or use a soft brush.
Do not wash, do not iron, do not bleach, do not tumble dry or dry clean.
If you do need to clean your Cameron Charles jacket, we recommend that you use a reputable, professional leather cleaner and request a spot clean of the inside of the jacket, and odour removal if required. We do not recommend that the leather itself is cleaned.
Just as natural “flaws” in the material cannot be considered reason for complaint, neither can damage, superficial or otherwise, that has be brought about by incorrect care of the product be considered a valid reason for complaint.
